Stop Thinking Negatively!

Your thinking directly effects your life. Have you ever monitored your thoughts for a day? How much negative self-talk did you engage in? Try this challenge: For the next 3 days, monitor your own thoughts to find out how many of them are self defeating, overly critical or just plain negative. If you want to change your life, first take responsibility for your thoughts. Then, every time you start to think negative thoughts, say STOP. Replace the negative thought with a positive one. Train your brain to think positively. Here is a technique that may help. Use these affirmations every day for a two week period. Say them as frequently as possible. Remember that you are the captain of your own ship. Negative thoughts help to sink that ship.

Affirmations for Thinking:

I change my life by changing my thoughts.

My thoughts are channels of love, power, and wisdom.

I easily let go all the negative and self-defeating thoughts.

I easily accept new and creative ideas which make my life better.

I think
good thoughts, I live good life.
