Here are Coach Lynn's Men's Success Tips for Living Longer and Aging Well

1. Use your legs for walking. They are meant to move you about and keep your blood flow balanced. WALK more even if it means up stairs and from the back of the parking lot instead of right in front of the door to the elevator.

2. Eat whole foods because your body processes them naturally. Your body will age faster trying to process food that is processed.

3. Drink a glass of red wine a day. Red wine not only is said to elevate your mood, but many cultures for centuries have practiced this wellness tip and lived long to tell about it.

4. Drink water and detoxify your core on a regular basis. Sneaky little toxins climb into your 6 pack abs and hide there, causing chronic illness, cancer and stroke. Your core is not only to look good fellas but it is a center of your health. So if you want to concentrate on one of your body parts heavily, make it your core! Aqua Chis are wonderful to schedule every three weeks, and you can simply eat prunes!

5. Take care of your skin. Old skin looks old. It won't make you a metro sexual if you have neat, well groomed skin. The best products are natural and your best accessory to whatever you wear every day is your skin.

6. Make time for love. It may seem extravagant, but studies old and new prove that men in love live longer. So, guys, it doesn't mean meet someone new every six months and fall in love all over again so you don't age. Chances are, if you keep breaking hearts, you may not live as long as you wish...So go for a great baseline of happiness that includes laughter, love, exercise and self care.

7. Don't take yourself so seriously...I know that you think you look sexy without expression. But to me, you just look like a person with no expression. Express yourself Baby! Give yourself a competitive edge on aging...Be young, feel young, think young, and don't be a fodily stuck in his old ways and mindset stick in the mud....

8. And if you just refuse to ask directions when you are lost but not lost, let me tell you...if you want to feel, look and perform as if you are forever young, it starts by knowing which way on the inside, first!

9. Stay positive. If you push forward in the aggressive style that you do, remember to push for the sake of progress, not simply for the sake of PUSHING.
